Custom Extruded Profiles for Equipment and Product Manufacturers
Need a dedicated profile for a product or equipment project? BGCNC coordinates custom extruded profile manufacturing through our network of proven manufacturing partners in China—from profile design review and extrusion tooling through cut-to-length production, secondary machining, finishing, inspection, and delivery.
Send us your profile drawing or a concept for consolidating parts and assembly steps. Our engineers can review the design, discuss the production route, and coordinate a solution suited to your application, quantity, and repeat demand.
Custom profile production, coordinated end to end
An extrusion can combine features that might otherwise require several separate components. For equipment and product companies, a well-designed profile may simplify assembly, reduce part count, and provide a consistent foundation for repeat production.
Profile design review
Assess geometry, functional features, and manufacturability with the extrusion process in mind.
Tooling coordination
Work with a suitable extrusion partner to review die requirements and tooling considerations.
Extrusion production
Match the project to a partner based on material, profile requirements, order volume, quality needs, and schedule.
Cut-to-length processing
Coordinate cutting to specified lengths and required end conditions.
Secondary operations
Arrange CNC machining, drilling, tapping, or other features required by the drawing.
Surface finishing
Coordinate specified finishes through suitable partners.
Inspection and delivery
Align quality checks and project documentation with your requirements, then coordinate packaging and international logistics support.
You work with one BGCNC team while we manage communication and coordination across the relevant manufacturing partners.
Start with your profile drawing—or the assembly problem
Already have a section drawing? Share it with us for an engineering and manufacturability review. If you are still developing the design, tell us what the profile needs to do and which separate parts or assembly operations you hope to eliminate.
We can help identify questions to resolve before tooling or production begins, including which dimensions are functionally critical, where tolerances may affect manufacturability, and how secondary operations fit into the production route.
Request an engineering reviewWhat to include for a useful review
- —Profile cross-section drawing or CAD file
- —Material and temper requirements, if established
- —Critical dimensions and tolerances
- —Required cut lengths and expected quantity
- —Machined features, holes, slots, or end conditions
- —Surface finish or appearance requirements
- —Application, operating environment, and assembly interfaces
- —Prototype, launch, and forecast repeat volumes
Is extrusion the right choice for your part?
Custom extrusion is worth evaluating when a part has a consistent cross-section along its length and the same profile is needed repeatedly. It may also be a good fit when integrating features into one profile can reduce separate components or simplify assembly.
The best route depends on the design, material, tolerance, volume, tooling cost, and product lifecycle. Our engineering team evaluates these factors rather than assuming extrusion is the right answer for every project. When appropriate, we can also discuss alternatives such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or a multi-process solution.
A different process may fit better when:
- The part geometry changes substantially along its length.
- Required quantities do not justify the tooling investment.
- The design is still changing frequently.
- A machined, sheet metal, molded, or fabricated part better fits the geometry or performance requirements.
Engineering review for manufacturability and total cost
BGCNC is a custom manufacturing and supply chain partner based in Dongguan, China. Our team includes 10 manufacturing engineers with more than 10 years of industry experience. We use that experience to help customers review not only whether a part can be made, but also how its design and production route affect cost, quality, and delivery.
Whether the cross-section is suitable for the intended extrusion route
Which profile dimensions and features need closer engineering review
How the profile interfaces with adjoining parts and assemblies
Whether secondary machining or finishing is required
How tooling investment compares with expected production quantities
Whether part consolidation could reduce assembly work or supplier coordination
Which production details need to be confirmed before quotation
Final capability, tolerances, finishes, and inspection methods depend on the selected manufacturing partner and the approved project specification. We confirm these details during quotation and engineering review.
A supply chain built around the project
A custom profile project may involve more than extrusion alone. Our manufacturing network includes more than 50 proven partners, selected through real project cooperation for their capabilities, quality consistency, responsiveness, and production needs. We match each project to suitable resources instead of forcing every part into one factory's equipment.
Depending on your requirements, we can coordinate extrusion with secondary CNC machining, surface finishing, assembly, packaging, and other custom manufacturing processes. Our role is to provide one point of coordination for engineering communication, supplier management, quality follow-up, and delivery.

If your project requires a particular quality system, material traceability, or inspection documentation, tell us when requesting a quote. Certification availability and scope depend on the manufacturing partner selected for the project.
From drawing review to repeat orders
-
Step 1
Share your requirements
Send a profile drawing, CAD file, or design brief with quantity and application details.
-
Step 2
Review the manufacturing route
We assess the profile, tooling considerations, material requirements, tolerances, secondary operations, and volume.
-
Step 3
Receive a coordinated quotation
We confirm the proposed scope, key assumptions, and details that need approval.
-
Step 4
Approve and manufacture
After design and project details are agreed, we coordinate production, inspection, and delivery.
-
Step 5
Plan repeat supply
For continuing demand, we can support repeat orders and coordinate the associated processes through one team.
